Shipping and Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All Returns must be unopened and sealed packages. We do not accept returns for any opened packages or any damaged items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. There is a 35% restocking fee for all returns.
To start a return, you can contact us at Info@noorzaara.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All claims should be made within the first 24 hours of when the tracking shows delivered.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Jewelry Boxes, Clutches, and Bangles cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Noor Zaara reserves the right to update any policies at any time. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to all of our policies.
Warranty for Clutches and Jewelry Boxes
We offer a 30-day warranty that covers defects in material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance during the Warranty Period for clutches and jewelry boxes. Jewelry and other accessories are not covered under this warranty.
The warranty doesn’t cover any problems that arise from usage, wear and tear, accident, or neglect.
To start a warranty claim, you must contact us and submit photos of the defective products within the first 7 days from the delivery date. If the defect is the fault of Noor Zaara, we will repair or replace the item at no cost.
Once the warranty claim has been approved, client would need to ship the item back. We will repair or replace the item within 4 - 6 weeks.
Please note all products go through an extensive quality check to review any or all defects before shipping out to ensure no defects exist in material or workmanship.
Shipping costs are not covered by the warranty.
